Duties For The Role Of Architectural Technician
Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
Submit planning and building regulation applications
Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
Provide architectural design services and project management to commercial projects
Requirements For The Role Of Architectural Technician
Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Bolton area
