Purpose
:
To ensure all player and staff kit is cleaned, prepared, and delivered to the highest professional standard, supporting the smooth daily operation of the team. The role ensures that training and match kits are consistently available, organised, and ready for use, contributing to player performance, team efficiency, and overall club professionalism.
The Role:
1. Assist the Kit Lead with the running of the Academy kit and laundry department — including laundry of match and training kit, attire, and equipment.
2. Assist with printing and distribution of all training, match, and tour kit across the Academy departments.
3. Carry out any other duties reasonably assigned by the Academy Kit Lead.
4. Support the wider Kit Team when required.
5. To work in a flexible working shift pattern (over a 7-day rota).
6. To ensure that the laundry services provided are delivered to the highest standards.
7. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
8. Basic record-keeping (tracking kit, stock, and washing cycles).
