đ§ About the Role
Weâre looking for a hands-on Workshop Technician / Electrical Assembler to join our on-site team. Youâll be repairing, assembling and maintaining a range of POS, barcode, Chip & Pin and mobility electronic devices.
This role is perfect if you enjoy working with your hands, solving technical problems, and ensuring every device you handle meets quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Assemble, repair, and test small electrical and electronic devices.
* Fault-find down to component level and carry out accurate repairs.
* Maintain, refurbish and rework hardware to meet quality and safety standards.
* Keep detailed records of work completed, including testing results.
* Handle small tools and components with care, using good handâeye coordination and dexterity.
* Work efficiently in a busy workshop environment.
đ€ About You
* Experience repairing or maintaining small electrical/electronic equipment (professional or hobbyist).
* Knowledge of POS, barcode, Chip & Pin systems is highly desirable.
* Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
* Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues methodically.
* Positive, âcan-doâ attitude and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Competent in using Teams, Outlook, MS Excel/Word, and willing to learn ERP systems.
* Desirable but not essential: experience with small electronic repairs (mobile phones, POS, circuit boards) and working with specialist manufacturer calibration programs (training provided).

* Salary: ÂŁ25,450 per year plus bonuses
* Contract: 40 hours/week
* Annual leave: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
