Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Bricklayer located in south wales. The Bricklayer will be responsible for performing and overseeing bricklaying tasks on various residential and commercial projects. Daily tasks include laying bricks, blocks, and other types of building materials to construct walls, foundations, and other structures. Additional responsibilities include interpreting drawings, ensuring structural accuracy, and maintaining a clean work site. The role also involves working closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in bricklaying techniques, including laying bricks, blocks, and interpreting blueprints
* Experience in both residential and commercial construction projects
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
* Relevant certifications and/or trade qualifications in bricklaying
* Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
* Experience with renovations, restorations, and custom designs is a plus
