About the service Our friendly and passionate team in Cruden Bay is looking for dedicated Support Practitioners to join us in empowering adults with complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. At Sense Scotland, we believe in celebrating individuality and supporting people to thrive. As a Support Practitioner, you ll help individuals build life skills, enjoy social activities, and feel confident in their own homes. Please note: this is a driver essential role and only holders of a full UK manual or automatic licence will be considered. What you'll be doing Supporting people with personal care, medication, meal prep, and household tasks. Encouraging healthy lifestyles and independence. Joining in on fun activities like swimming, walks, picnics, arts & crafts, pamper sessions, and more. Driving individuals to appointments and social events (manual or automatic UK driving licence required). Working patterns This is a 24-hour housing support service, and we offer: Full-time, part-time, and relief roles A varied shift pattern including early and late shifts, sleepovers, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays all managed via a supportive rota system.
