Blue Telecoms is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This is not a typical first-line helpdesk role — we're looking for someone with broad IT know-how and a genuine interest in technology. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, but you'll also gain hands-on experience with networking, servers, VoIP systems, and cloud platforms.
We're looking for someone who enjoys tinkering, troubleshooting, and learning. Ideally, you'll be comfortable with operating systems, networking basics, and general IT troubleshooting. Any exposure to VoIP platforms (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, 3CX, SIP), coding or scripting (PHP, HTML, MySQL, ), or virtualisation would be a bonus, but not essential.
