Dispute Resolution Solicitor – 0–3 PQE

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (0–3 years PQE) to join its expanding Litigation team in Bournemouth.
\n\n
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the firm’s dispute resolution presence in a new office location, while being supported by experienced colleagues in nearby regional offices.
\n\n
The team acts for a diverse client base, including businesses, directors, shareholders, entrepreneurs, landlords, high net worth individuals and private clients. Work is varied, high quality and includes:

Contract and commercial disputes
\n\n
Shareholder and director disputes
\n\n
Property litigation, including landlord and tenant issues
\n\n
Debt recovery and insolvency
\n\n
Contentious probate
\n\n
Urgent injunctions and asset recovery
\n\n
Mediation and alternative dispute resolution
\n\n
You’ll be involved in the day-to-day running of files as well as supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters. The role offers excellent training, strong supervision, and a collaborative team environment.

What we’re looking for:
\n\n
Solicitor qualified in England & Wales (0–3 years PQE)
\n\n
Some experience in commercial or property litigation (from training or post-qualification)
