We are seeking a Food & Beverage Administrator to support the F&B team and ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the F&B Manager and outlet managers. Manage office operations, supplies, correspondence, and reservations. Coordinate diaries, meetings, and internal/external communications. Assist with menus, promotions, research, and competitor analysis. Uphold the highest standards of guest experience, health & safety, and office presentation.Requirements: Hospitality background with operational experience preferred. Strong administration and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office. Experience with Opera and Delphi systems is a plus. Excellent communication, teamwork, and initiative.
