Job description:As the CoC Manager, First Line Manager you will provide clear direction and oversight for all aspects of CoC control, including secure storage, accurate data management, timely retrieval, and the delivery of flawless documentation to our customers. You will also take responsibility for airworthy stock accuracy and compliance, ensuring the integrity of all airworthiness records and maintaining full alignment between system data and physical stock to always guarantee audit-ready performance.You will lead the continuous improvement agenda for the CoC process, influencing system developments, strengthening controls, and facilitating stakeholder forums to resolve issues and proactively mitigate risk. Your leadership will be central to maintaining compliance across the operation and ensuring our airworthiness stock meets regulatory and contractual requirements.
