We are looking for a dedicated and highly organised Attendance Officer to play a key role in promoting excellent student attendance and punctuality. Working closely with staff, students and parents/carers, you will take responsibility for recording, monitoring, and improving attendance across the school. This includes managing daily registers, investigating absences, liaising with parents and carers, and supporting interventions for students at risk of persistent absence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Experience working in a school environment and familiarity with relevant systems such as SIMS is desirable.
