Reporting to director level your duties will include; Identifying and pursuing business opportunities within key markets & sectors Building and maintaining customer relationships Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and market research Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, capability statements, and proposals Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, architects, designers, and contractors Act as the primary contact during pre-contract stages Tendering & Proposal Management Market & Competitor Analysis What we are looking for Considerable business development experience gained within the construction, fit out or bespoke joinery sectors Demonstrable success within the commercial fit-out, luxury residential, or specialist joinery projects Knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and project lifecycle Excellent negotiation and closing skills In return you can expect an excellent package and opportunity.
