Job Description:
Airline companies are embarking on a transformation from being mere airline operators into Travel retailers. To support this industry transformation, IBS Software seeks a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide insights and guide product teams. The SME will work with Product Owners, Product Teams, and the Product Head to analyze current and future processes related to OOSD.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert insights in the domain to enable innovative product solutions.
* Conduct research on industry trends and developments for product and customer engagement.
* Identify airline process improvements and suggest solutions.
* Assist in product documentation, reviews, and conduct webinars/workshops.
* Collaborate with teams to address customer needs.
* Participate in industry events and customer engagements.
Experience and Skills:
* 15-20 years of domain experience in airline processes related to offer, order, settlement, and delivery.
* Experience in driving product solutions as a Product Owner/Consultant.
* Deep understanding of Airline Retailing, Offer & Order, PSS domains.
* Technical hands-on experience is essential.
* Stakeholder management skills across industry, leadership, and product teams.
* Industry presence through conferences and panels.
