As a Care Assistant with Runwood Homes, you'll join a dedicated team united by a profound desire to positively impact the lives of our residents. We're seeking Care Assistants who are wholeheartedly devoted to supporting our residents in embracing life to the fullest, promoting independence within a kind and compassionate setting. We do not require our Care Assistants to have experience although it is beneficial. We are seeking individuals whose empathy and warm-hearted approach stand out. Successful Care Assistants will have a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Each day will bring something new, making for a diverse yet incredibly rewarding role.

Responsibilities
* Support residents in embracing life to the fullest and promote independence within a kind and compassionate setting.
* Demonstrate empathy and a warm-hearted approach, with a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
* Contribute to a warm and welcoming environment where every moment counts and daily activities bring meaning to residents’ lives.
* Engage in daily moments of joy, laughter, and purposeful activities alongside residents.
* Participate in the safeguarding and well-being of residents in line with safer recruitment requirements.
Qualifications / Requirements
* No prior experience required; however, experience is beneficial.
* Empathy, warmth, and strong communication skills are prioritised.
* Willingness to engage in continuous learning and development through internal, external, and e-training programs.
