As a L’Oreal Consultant you will be passionate about makeup, sales and delivering excellent customer service. About the role You will work in store on your own beauty counter located within our beauty hall. You will report to the Assistant Manager and a L’Oreal Paris Area Manager. You will also: Actively engage and approach customers on the shop floor to introduce them to L'Oreal Paris make up products. Use insights to develop a counter specific plan to deliver the commercial plan. Monitor and maintain stock levels to maximise on shelf availability Use the brand strategy on counter to implement all launches and merchandising following brand guidelines Build strong relationships with the wider store team Keep up to date with the latest social trends, L'Oreal Paris make up products and tips and techniques for application to inspire your customers Accurately record and create report What you’ll need to have These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role.
