This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior role within a dedicated operations team, delivering installation, commissioning, and support on cutting-edge electronic fire and security systems across London and the Home Counties.
The Role Install and commission electronic fire and/or security systems.
Carry out maintenance and repairs when required.
Provide quality technical support to customers and colleagues.
Resolve technical issues onsite or over the phone with professionalism.
Train and support junior engineers, leading by example.
Work flexibly to meet client needs and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with health & safety policies, method statements, and risk assessments.
Maintain accurate job records using digital tools (PDA).
About You Extensive experience in the fire and security industry.
Excellent technical knowledge of security and life safety systems.
Systematic and logical approach to problem solving.
Presentable, reliable, and professional with clients.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of London & Home Counties postcodes.
Customer-first approach and ability to lead by example.
