Role: Bank Support Worker
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Zero Hour Contract – shifts 7:00–14:30 and 14:30–22:00, with possible longer shifts including 7:00–22:00
Location: in and around Tadley, near Basingstoke
Driver requirement: Drivers with access to their own vehicle are essential
Responsibilities
* Support our people to be engaged in day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.
* Support our people with social activities and help them stay connected with family and friends.
* Assist with the management of our people’s finances where appropriate.
* Keep our people’s home clean and orderly, and assist with shopping needs.
* Provide, and encourage, personal care where required.
* Contribute to a positive, rewarding work environment and enjoy what you do!
Qualifications and experience
* Experience in social care is not essential; full training is provided
* We offer accredited and award-winning training at no cost, including the Health and Social Care Diploma
* A proactive, compassionate approach to supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge
