* Lead the planning and delivery of digital marketing infrastructure projects (e.g., website enhancements, CRM and marketing automation integrations).
* Stay ahead of digital trends and innovations, proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen TraditionData’s digital presence.
* Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, product, sales, and technology to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
* Support cultural change by embedding a digital-first, customer-centric mindset across marketing activities.
* Inspire and empower team members and agencies to deliver high-performance results with a culture of continuous learning and development.

* Hands-on experience managing digital transformation projects or infrastructure upgrades in marketing environments.
* CIM or equivalent digital marketing qualification preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating flexibility, prioritisation, and a solution-focused mindset.
* A natural collaborator, able to manage internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively.
