The service provides a wide range of care, including residential care, nursing care, dementia residential care and dementia nursing care. Residents may be living with mild, moderate or advanced and complex dementia, and care is tailored to meet individual needs at every stage. The home also specialises in areas such as end of life care, cancer care and Alzheimer's support, ensuring residents and their families receive compassionate, person-centred care at all times. The setting itself offers a calm and welcoming environment, with characterful features that create a warm, country-house feel. The focus throughout the service is on promoting independence wherever possible, while providing reassurance, safety and expert care. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily needs, building positive relationships and contributing to a supportive team culture. Pay and Hours The role offers 36 hours per week on day shifts, paid at £12.45 per hour. Key Responsibilities You will support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living activities while promoting dignity, respect and choice. You will assist with mealtimes, social activities and meaningful engagement, helping residents maintain independence and wellbeing. You will observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing, maintain accurate records and work closely with colleagues, nursing staff and external professionals to ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered.
