Job Title: Account Manager Location: Worcestershire (onsite initially, then hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Understand client goals and translate them into actionable plans
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of solutions
Monitor account performance and deliver regular reporting
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
Contribute to pitches and proposals for new business
Requirements
Proven experience in an Account Manager or Client Services role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
Commercial awareness and a problem-solving mindset
Experience with CRM tools and data reporting platforms
