Location: Fradley, Staffordshire (after initial training in Wokingham)

Were entering an exciting phase of growth, relocating to the Midlands to bring Kyocera SGS and Kyocera Unimerco Tooling together under one roof:creating Kyoceras largest carbide tooling site in Europe.
As part of this expansion, were now looking for an experienced Maintenance and Facilities Engineer to play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations and facilities.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, youll take ownership of site maintenance and facilities, ensuring manufacturing equipment and building services operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. Youll play a key role in minimising downtime, improving preventative maintenance, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing plant and equipment to minimise downtime
* Plan and deliver preventative maintenance schedules in line with compliance requirements
* Maintain equipment documentation and ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards
* Support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, digitisation, and monitoring systems
* Manage spare parts, suppliers, and maintenance contractors
* Oversee day:to:day building and facilities maintenance, including utilities and environmental services
* Act as the primary contact for facilities issues, including out:of:hours support when required
What Were Looking For
* HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering
* 5 years experience as a Maintenance Engineer, or similar within a manufacturing environment
* Strong mechanical and electrical fault:finding skills, ideally with CNC machinery
* Hands:on, proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving
* Sound knowledge of Health and Safety and statutory compliance requirements
* Clear communicator, able to work effectively with internal teams and external contractors

Initial training will take place at our Wokingham site and will continue until mid:April, with all accommodation and travel expenses covered by the company. Following this period, the role will be permanently based at our new facility in Fradley, Staffordshire.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, with need for some flexibility as and when required
