Salary: £60,000-£65,000 plus bonus and benefits

An exciting PE-backed company is hiring a Finance Manager who can speak French, reporting to the Financial Controller. The company is experiencing high growth as they expand.
The Finance Manager will report directly to the Financial Controller and collaborate closely with a team based in France. Responsibilities include managing all reporting and accounting, owning monthly management accounts, and overseeing the annual budget for Paris. This involves business partnering with local operational teams and central support functions. The role also includes preparing financial statements for Paris entities, managing annual audits, and liaising with the audit team (local and group).
Ideal candidates will have experience working in a fast-paced finance environment within an SME and are seeking to take control of finance accounts. Candidates should have started an accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. This role is suitable for someone interested in sports and football.
Salary ranges from £60,000 to £65,000, plus bonus and benefits. Flexible working hours are encouraged, with a requirement to be in the office 2 days a week.
