Your day-to-day
* Assemble products efficiently following established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
* Pick components for assembly orders, following standard work process.
* Continuously monitor and ensure all manufactured products meet the required quality specifications.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
* Use all personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.
* Ensure smooth shift handovers to maintain continuous and effective manufacturing operations.
* Support team development by training new operators and actively participating in problem-solving activities.
Who We Are Looking For
* Previous experience in an assembly or picking position is essential.
* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position is on days of Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 3:30pm and Fridays 7:00am to 1.30pm
