Reed Property are working with one of the top Architectural practices in Nottingham.
They are an established, 100% employee-owned architectural practice based in Nottingham, and we’re on the lookout for a senior technical candidate like you to help bring our innovative designs to life.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Producing accurate BIM-level drawings using Archicad software
* Coordinating with Architects across Studios to ensure seamless project integration
* Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
* Specifying materials and solving technical design challenges
* Attending site visits and design team meetings
* Collaborating closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
* Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD draughting and familiarity with BIM standards
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Must have very good building codes and regulations knowledge
* A team player with excellent time management skills
* A curious mind and a passion for continuous learning
* Excellent communication skills in English
