Overview
Customer Representative in the Nationwide branch in Barnet, Greater London, working part‑time (21 hours per week – Monday to Wednesday and part of Saturdays). The role involves supporting customers across all channels: in‑branch transactions, inbound calls, digital sales and product applications. The position is permanent, and the salary is pro‑rata.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with transactions at the branch tills.
* Handle inbound calls and online enquiries, providing first‑class service.
* Support product applications and digital sales.
* Educate customers on digital banking services.
* Maintain accurate service records and adhere to compliance protocols.
Qualifications
* Must be within a 45‑minute commute of the Barnet branch.
* Comfortable using digital tools and applications.
* Strong customer‑first attitude, empathy, honesty and proactive mindset.
* Ability to work collaboratively as a team and adapt style to diverse customers.
* Previous customer‑service experience is desirable.
