About the Role:
Randstad Education is partnering with a fantastic schools in Reigate to find a dedicated Primary Teacher ready to make a positive impact. In this full:time role, you will nurture the academic, social, and emotional development of students, creating an engaging and inclusive learning experience for children aged 4:11. This is a long term role with full time hours.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
* Create an inspiring and safe learning environment
* Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
* Contribute to a positive school culture and collaborative team environment
What Were Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in a primary setting
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Passion for education and a commitment to student growth
* A positive and flexible approach to working with young learners
* An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
