As Brand Marketing Assistant, you will be able to juggle several projects seamlessly, have an impeccable eye for detail and come with an interest in brand and design.
Duties will include:
* Provide marketing campaign support for events – idea generation, Eventbrite management, collateral development
* Support the Brand Marketing Manager with developing branded content and copy, and monthly reporting on effectiveness
* Support with regular communications to the audience database
* Manage content flow between marketing and customer services
* Champion brand consistency across all sub-brands
* Manage marketing support inboxes and respond when required
* Raise POs for brand marketing activity and coordinate with finance to ensure suppliers are paid on time
* Analysis of branded events and on-site events support
* Admin for the marketing team – credit card reconciliation, management of bi-monthly team meetings, diary management for quarterly meetings
