I'm a wedding photographer looking for a long-term Lightroom Classic editor to help with ongoing wedding gallery editing.
This is NOT a creative editing job. I will:
• Cull all images myself
• Edit one "anchor image" myself for each lighting/composition scenario
• Provide a Lightroom catalog with Smart Previews
Your role will be to:
• Copy/paste my anchor edits across each batch
• Adjust exposure and white balance when needed
• Fine-tune tone and color for consistency
• Adjust radial and linear masks when necessary
• Fix AI masking issues (e.g. skin smoothing face mask applied to only one person instead of two)
• Ensure the gallery looks cohesive and polished
You will be working inside my Lightroom Classic catalog using Smart Previews (no RAW files required).
Important Requirements
• Must use Lightroom Classic (not Lightroom CC)
• Must be comfortable working with Smart Previews and catalogs
• Strong understanding of masks (radial, linear, subject detection, skin)
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Must not rename or move files within the catalog
• Proficiency in English
Volume & Timeline:
• 3,000–6,000 images per wedding season
• Typical gallery size: 400–800 images
• Turnaround needed: preferably no longer than 2 weeks
This is ongoing work if we're a good fit.
