Pre-Construction Manager
* Ballymena
* Full-Time/Permanent
* Up to £75k + package
Necto Selection is recruiting on behalf of a well-established MEP contractor for a Pre-Construction Manager to lead their pre-construction and work-winning function.
The Role:
* Lead the pre-construction process from tender strategy through to project handover
* Develop and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development
* Work on high-value projects (£10M+) across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors
* Represent the pre-construction function at senior leadership level
You’ll Need:
* 8+ years’ experience in MEP contracting, pre-construction, or estimating
* Strong knowledge of mechanical or electrical services
* Experience on large-scale D&B projects in healthcare, education, or life sciences
* Commercial acumen and team leadership experience
* Based within commutable distance of Ballymena
