Adecco are supporting their client based in Newbury and are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional end-to-end customer service, ensuring all client requests are handled promptly, accurately, and with consistency. Manage and maintain accurate customer and dealer information within internal systems. Liaise with the logistics partner to coordinate on-time deliveries, ensuring Proof of Delivery is obtained within 48 hours and appropriately filed. Oversee and process manual orders daily as well as review and action product returns awaiting approval. Support the setup and onboarding of new dealers across relevant internal platforms. Provide daily support to Business Development Managers and dealers via email and phone. Regularly review SAP to identify consignment and non-consignment orders, ensuring prompt processing to the warehouse. Conduct reconciliation of consignment stock discrepancies resulting from quarterly or annual counts. Record and follow up on sales to resolve stock discrepancies effectively. Assist with compiling and maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Stay up to date with product developments and continuously expand product knowledge.What we are looking for: Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or order processing.
