Pay: From £150 - £230 per day (PAYE no umbrella deductions)
Job Description
justteachers are seeking a passionate and motivated Teacher of German to join a well-regarded Secondary School in the Leicestershire area. The school has a strong focus on languages and encourages students to develop confidence in communication, cultural awareness, and academic achievement across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality German lessons, support students in developing strong linguistic skills, and contribute to a vibrant Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department. You will be part of a supportive school community that values engaging teaching and strives to broaden students understanding of German language and culture.
Key Requirements
The school is looking for an enthusiastic linguist who can inspire students and raise attainment. To be considered, you will need:
* A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
* Experience teaching German at secondary level in the UK
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver creative, engaging lessons
* Two professional references covering the last two years
* Right to work in the UK
* A clear enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
