Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and personalised lessons tailored to pupils' educational needs
* Lead a curriculum area, providing guidance and support to staff within KS4
* Work closely with support staff to ensure pupils receive the assistance they require
* Promote the school's vision, values, and culture while fostering a positive learning environment
* Provide feedback to Senior Leadership, parents, and carers on pupil progress
* Plan and implement creative, differentiated teaching approaches to maximise achievement
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) essential
* Previous experience teaching in an SEN school or extensive experience working with pupils with complex additional needs
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that motivate pupils
* Ambition to take on leadership responsibilities and support staff in KS4
* Patient, resilient, and able to maintain a positive learning environment

Salary & Working Hours
Salary: Up to £51,200.00 per annum dependent on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only
