Job Description
Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Manage payment runs and reconcile supplier statements.Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner.Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all transactions.Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.Respond to supplier queries and liaise with internal departments to resolve issues.Support the wider accounting and finance team as required.Ensure compliance with financial and accountancy regulations and internal controls.The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger will have experience in the above and be on short notice
