Responsibilities
* Support service users in the community
* Assist with hobbies and personal care tasks
* Promote independence by encouraging everyday task completion
Qualifications
* Be over the age of 18 to apply
* Have the right to work in the UK
* Be a UK resident; sponsorship not offered
* Have at least 6 months of prior experience in a healthcare setting
* Have excellent communication skills and basic sector knowledge
* Be able to build strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
* Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
