The University of Wolverhampton is seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Dean of Students — a pivotal role shaping the future of our student experience.
Leading three directorates and over 20 departments within the Student Journey Directorate, you will set strategic direction to deliver a seamless, student‑centred journey from first enquiry to alumni engagement.
Working alongside the Pro Vice‑Chancellor for Academic Leadership and Student Experience, you will drive our Strategy 2035, fostering a student‑focused culture across services and operations. You will lead the enhancement of the non‑academic student experience, ensuring integrated, high‑performing services that support access, retention, progression and graduate outcomes.
This role provides a unique platform to make a lasting impact — collaborating across the University and with the Students’ Union to enhance student voice and co‑creation, whilst continuing to strengthen student experience and outcomes. You will also contribute to the University’s TEF, APP and NSS, whilst leading on league tables performance, and shaping the University’s regulatory excellence.
