Their team offers a full service legal support for a wide variety of commercial real estate matters including business leases, commercial mortgages, land development, leasehold enfranchisement, and have notable transactional deals having acted on multi million pound matters. Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation, drafting, and review of legal documents related to commercial property transactions, including leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents Conduct due diligence and title searches to identify any potential issues or risks Assist on the commercial property transaction process, ensuring all deadlines are met and necessary documentation is filed Assist in negotiations and communications with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction Provide excellent client service to both existing and new clients Provide general administrative support to the commercial property team Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a paralegal, with a focus on commercial property law Strong understanding of commercial property transactions Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and case management software Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion Remuneration & benefits Highly competitive salary Friendly and supportive team Opportunities to progress 25 days holiday Other benefits such as pension etc. You could also be employed part-time if preferable
