Job summary
To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the City Hall as a facility and the ancillary services including employee supervision, maintenance and limited catering provision.
Please note:
1. This is a permanent full-time post
2. Standard working hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm with 4.30pm finish on Friday; however, flexibility is required, and the post holder must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays to fulfil the requirements of the post.
3. Base location will be the City Hall, Bangor; however, the post holder will be required to travel throughout the Borough.
4. Appointment will be subject to satisfactory completion of a basic Access NI check, driver assessment and medical questionnaire.
5. A reserve list may be kept from this recruitment exercise.
