This involves a positive bio-psychosocial approach combining functional assessment with evidence-based treatment which is underpinned with excellent clinical care. The role will provide the following services on a remote basis; triage phone calls, supported self-management, functional restoration programmes, DSE & Workplace assessments.The post holder must be able to cover on-site working two days a week 1pm - 9pm, and one day working from home 0830am - 1630pm.
