Working across Brymore Academy and APEX Meadows
We are looking for a Site Maintenance Technician to support both Brymore Academy and APEX Meadows. Your work will help create a safe, clean and well maintained setting where students and staff can thrive. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a varied, active position.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain buildings, grounds, and outdoor areas to a high standard
* Carry out routine checks, basic repairs, and general maintenance
* Support site security, safety procedures, and emergency responses
* Liaise with colleagues and external contractors to ensure efficient site operations
* Contribute to a compliant, welcoming, and well organised environment every day
About You
You will be successful in this role if you:
* Enjoy hands on tasks and problem solving
* Have experience in maintenance, caretaking, groundskeeping, or similar work
* Have a proactive approach and strong attention to detail
* Are confident using tools, equipment, and machinery
