Competitive salary of £30,000£35,000 per annum, plus commission with OTE of £45,000£50,000 per annum.
This is a pivotal role where youll play a key part in managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting clients in securing tailored finance solutions. Key Responsibilities
* Manage finance renewals and explore new requirements with existing clients
* Contact potential clients to discuss financing needs and convert leads
* Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote suitable financial solutions
* Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
* Collaborate with your manager and team to share updates and resolve issue
* Handle inbound enquiries and direct them appropriately
* Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, internal processes, and customer care standards
* Follow company policies on customer fairness and conflict of interest management
