We have a client seeking a hardworking, motivated and experienced Business Support Officer to join their team.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide end-to-end administrative and data processing support
* Manage, transfer and securely store sensitive data
* Prepare accurate documentation and reports using MS Office tools
* Support database maintenance and data integrity
* Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Maintain confidentiality and professional standards at all times
Ideal Candidate:
* Good general education with strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Relevant admin experience or evidence of basic literacy/numeracy ability
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Strong attention to details
* Confident working independently & solving problems
* Clear communicator with solid planning and decision-making skills
* Strong IT skills - Microsoft Word, Excel
* Previous experience in a fast-paced admin or business support role is preferred
