Key Responsibilities for a Warehouse Administrator:
* Organising paperwork for the couriers.
* Dealing with returned goods.
* Calling customers to follow up invoice queries.
* Registering details of various transactions on the CRM system.
* Goods in and out of their small warehouse.
* Packaging of our products.
Key Skills for a Warehouse Administrator:
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Engaging and ambitious.
* Qualifications in English & Maths grade C minimum.
* Excellent IT literacy.
