Major Projects Advisory (MPA)
Part of Customer, Operations, and Infrastructure (CO&I), MPA is a multi-disciplinary team operating across the UK, delivering complex project and programme solutions in sectors like government, defence, water, construction, energy, transport, and retail.
Role: Technology, Sustainability and Innovation Manager
Join our fast-growing TSI team, which leverages data, construction, and sustainability expertise to transform infrastructure and project delivery, helping clients address climate change, cost pressures, and market challenges.
Responsibilities
* Manage delivery of client-facing sustainability projects, translating technical themes into accessible presentations.
* Develop innovative solutions and challenge existing approaches.
* Stay updated on industry developments and contribute to thought leadership.
* Oversee financial aspects of engagements, including invoicing and cost management.
* Create detailed project plans and impactful presentation materials.
* Lead client projects focused on sustainability, ensuring high-quality outputs.
* Support business development and bid preparations.
* Mentor colleagues and embody company values.
Candidate Requirements
* Significant experience in infrastructure sustainability, advisory, or delivery roles.
* Knowledge of sustainability standards and legislation (e.g., TCFD, CSRD, TNFD, GRI).
* Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and translate technical info for broad audiences.
* Experience with climate risk assessments, decarbonisation strategies, and geospatial analysis (preferred).
* Professional certifications (e.g., APM, MoP, PRINCE2) and membership (e.g., IEMA) are advantageous.
Work Environment and Locations
Flexible hybrid working model, typically 2-3 days in-office, with core hubs in London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds. We support diverse working arrangements to accommodate personal commitments.
