THE COMPANY
This creative event production agency specialises in delivering impactful, experience-led events across the UK and internationally. With a reputation for innovation and excellence, they are seeking a talented Senior Event Manager to lead projects and ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard.
THE ROLE
As a Senior Event Manager, you’ll manage a wide range of client projects from initial brief through to final delivery. You’ll coordinate internal teams, suppliers, venues, and clients to ensure events run smoothly, on time, and on budget.
Key responsibilities as Senior Event Manager include:
* Responding to client briefs and leading project kick-off meetings
* Managing budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships
* Preparing production schedules, crew briefs, and RAMS
* Overseeing technical requirements and liaising with venues
* Attending site visits and being on-site for live events (UK and international)
* Supporting content preparation and show caller requirements
* Leading client communications and post-event debriefs
THE CANDIDATE
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Senior Event Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in event management, ideally within an agency or live production setting. You’ll have strong budgeting and logistics skills, experience across live, virtual, and hybrid events, and a collaborative approach to working with multiple departments. Flexibility to travel and a full UK driving license are essential.
