Salary of £24k per annum plus benefits Mileage allowance Full training Workplace pension scheme Employee discount scheme Career development opportunities. 5.6 weeks holiday per year The role As a Salaried Care Professional with Home Instead you will provide highly professional (rapid response) care services to older adults living in their own home including, but not limited to: Administering medication Personal care assistance Meal preparation and cooking Companionship Light household duties Shopping and errands You will work on a rolling rota of 3 days on, 3 days off between the hours of 7.15am to 7.30pm with break each day between 2.30pm and 4pm. Qualifications Previous experience in a Care Environment is essential Level 3 qualification in adult social care is preferred or be willing to work towards a level 3 qualification. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others. Full drivers' license and access to a reliable vehicle.
