Overview
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and hard-working colleague to the role of Education Welfare Officer, on a full or part-time basis who is committed to improving the wellbeing, attendance and academic outcomes of young people, helping them to achieve more than they thought possible.
You will play an important role in supporting high standards of attendance, punctuality and culture across year groups within Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. You will be part of our Pastoral and Inclusion teams and also work closely with the Attendance Officer, Directors of Key Stages, Heads of Year, and SEND, as well as teachers, external agencies and parents/carers.

Please note although advertised as a salary scale, it is normal that the successful applicant would commence on NJC 23 with annual progression.
