Through working with the Sr. Director, Finance and your peers, this role is a great opportunity to immediately make contributions that shape the direction of Trimble’s future business models. Responsibilities: Coordinate business unit’s monthly headcount and cost planning and forecasting, ensuring thoroughness, efficiency, timeliness, and completeness Present functional financial metrics (monthly, quarterly, annually) with insightful narrative and analysis Prepare, Consolidate and analyze by Product line and overall BIM & Engineering metrics for Engineering, Product Management and Support functions Be a key contributor working with business unit and cross-functional peers to the design and standardization of metric reporting processes and dashboards for use in BIM & Engineering and AECO as a whole Support month and quarter end close processes and reporting Assist in annual and long-term financial planning for the business unit Assist in developing financial models and business cases Serve as a key business partner to the business unit and cross-functional leadership team Collaborate with accounting, financial systems, reporting teams, and business unit peers to promote a collaborative growth environment within the AECO Sector Support strategic projects and initiatives What Skills & Experience You Should Have Minimum 2 years of FP&A experience with subscription business model experience Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills Strong grasp of key subscription business metrics and what ‘good’ looks like Experience with enterprise ERP systems, Domo (or similar Business Intelligence tools), Adaptive Planning, Salesforce or other leading CRM Fluent English language skills To be successful in this role we expect you to have strong problem-solving skills, analytical approach to decision making and be a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture. You should have the ability to work independently as well as in a team and take initiative to lead projects and see them through to completion, being a positive change agent.
