Responsibilities

* Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends while considering customer preferences.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food presentation, and safety practices.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor kitchen performance, making adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
* Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
* Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes.
