Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a General Cleaning Assistant at Retirement Communities Service at Greenwich Gardens, Derby.

The role of General Assistant will include:
:
Working with residents, families and staff to maintain high standards of comfort in line with cleaning requirements
:
Identifying and reporting potential faults and hazards on site, to maintain a safe environment
:
Maintaining stock levels, re:stocking as required and ensuring equipment is used in line with guidance notes
:
Assisting with private room cleans and laundry service, as and when required
:
Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
Skills and experiences:
:
Some experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is essential
:
Experience within accommodation support services is desirable
:
A general understanding of health and safety in the work place
:
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
:
NVQ Level 2 in housekeeping/catering, or willing to work towards
