We are looking for an Anti Social Behaviour Officer to join our Housing Team in Newbury and Reading, to contribute to developing a safe and inclusive community for our customers.
In this busy role you'll balance your housing knowledge with tackling all forms of hate crime, nuisance and anti‑social behaviour. You will manage your own caseload, build effective working relationships with external agencies – including the police and legal advisors – and make a big difference to people's lives within an experienced, supportive team.

Qualifications
* Previous experience of anti‑social behaviour related housing management services, or demonstrable transferable skills and experience from a similar customer‑facing role.
* Experience of dealing with challenging behaviour and resolving conflict.
* Knowledge of safeguarding, mental health and the process of going to court.
* Self‑motivated, highly organised, with strong IT skills including MS Office.
* Ability to establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues, contractors and partnering agencies.

Other Information
* Permanent, full‑time role.
* Starting salary £32,000 – £38,000 depending on experience.
* Must be happy to travel with a full driving licence and access to your own transport.
