This is an exciting opportunity for a Health Care Assistant to join the District Nursing Service in Dundee. You will work within a team to provide care to patients and support to their carers in a home/community setting.
Dundee Community Nursing Service is in the implementation phase of Transforming District Nursing, which is expected to create significant career development opportunities. You should be well-organized and possess excellent communication skills.
Due to Health and Social Care integration, a commitment to multidisciplinary working and the ability to adapt to and manage change within the service are essential.
This role involves working a variety of shifts over 7 days between 08:00 and 22:00, including weekends and public holidays. The ability to travel across Dundee and surrounding areas is required.

Hours of work: 19.7 hours over 5 days, including weekends and public holidays. You should be willing to work a variety of shifts over a 24-hour period.
